Corcovado

OSA CORCOVADO, Puerto Jimenez


Puerto Jimenez is located on the Osa Peninsula in southern Costa Rica, is one of the most exotic destinations in the country and is the entrance to one side of the Corcovado National Park , this park is known worldwide as one of the richest biological regions, for the wildlife and forest in the park. 

It is also known for its beautiful beaches located in this area, such as Matapalo ideal for surfing and Carate, a white sand beach with breathtaking views. In this area you can also appreciate the wildlife and find a variety of species such as Monkeys of different types, as Congos , spider monkeys among others, there are a lot of mammals such as Tapirs and Jaguars, Also you can see the Scarlet Macaws and different types of Toucans .

Puerto Jimenez has worldwide recognized hotels, published in famous magazines and guides for their commitment with the environment, also some of them have a Sustainable tourism Certification, given by the government and the Costarican Tourism Board.

You can make a lot of activities in this area, High-profile sport fishing is one of the most popular, but also you can practice Yoga in a lot of places, Surfing, outdoor family’s activities, adventure activities, extreme sports, bird watching, honeymoons, whale and dolphins among others.

Golfito

GOLFITO, Golfo Dulce


Golfito is a quiet town located in the south part of the country, years ago it was famous for its banana plantations and then it became a tourist destination, very attractive for its natural beauty and biodiversity.

This area is surrounded by a tropical forest, and beautiful beaches, is very rich in flora and fauna and you can find a lot of wildlife and vegetation, that is why some of its main attractions are, The piedras Blancas National Park and The Golfo Dulce.

Also Golfito give access to destinations such as Pavones and Zancudo Beach, Pavones beach is Ideal for surfing, is well known among surfers for having the left world’s largest wave. Zancudo Beach is very attractive and mainly used for sport fishing.
Through Golfito you can get to the boarder of Panama, and it also gives access to San Vito de Coto Brus, where the International Park la Amistad is Located.

PALMAR SUR, Drake Bay Access


Palmar Sur is located by the Sierpe River, this river empties directly into the Pacific Ocean.  Sierpe has one of the largest mangroves in the world and amazing and untouched biodiversity , it  is also used as an access to Drake Bay and Isla del Caño biological Reserve, many tourists land in this destination to take the tour down the river, which becomes and adventure where they can  enjoy the wildlife and  the vegetation until they get to their final destination.  Also Palmar Sur is a gateway to Ojochal, where you can find a lot of good restaurants some of them  influenced by the European culture, to Dominical beach, and Uvita.


In Palmar Sur, is located the thematic Spheres Park “Can Basat Roje ‘, this archaeological site is world known because is in process of becoming a World Heritage Site.

Corcovado

DRAKE BAY,  OSA Corcovado

Drake Bay Costa Rica is one of the most exotic destinations of the country, is rich in flora and fauna, perfect for ecotourism and for those who want to disconnect from their daily lives, have a quiet moment and share with the biodiversity and wild nature of this place. QUEPOS, Manuel Antonio


Quepos is a small town located in Puntarenas , on the central Pacific coast of the country. The main attraction is the Manuel Antonio National Park, Which was listed as one of the 12 most beautiful parks in the world by ” Forbes ” Magazine in 2011, and also listed as the best Central American Beach by the “Travellers Choice 2013” in Trip Advisor.

For its beauty , this destination, is one of the most visited area by national and international tourists, the national Park is composed by white sand beaches, coral reeds and mangroves, all this surrounded by tropical forest and vegetation, where you can find a variety of wildlife  and enjoy the views.

Sport fishing is very popular in this area, You can find the  Pez Vela Marina ,  where fishing tournaments are held. You can find a lot of hotels, restaurants and Bars,  you can also  enjoy the adventure tours, hiking, Yoga, and a lot of family activities.

Quepos also is a gateway to many destinations in the southern part of the country as Dominical Beach, Playa Hermosa and Uvita and destinations in the north part such as  Parrita , Esterillos Beach , Jaco Beach and Playa Herradura , where you can Find Marina Los Suenos.

STA Teresa

TAMBOR, Santa Teresa, Montezuma, Mal Pais

Tambor is a small town located in the southern part of the Nicoya Peninsula , In This area is Located  Cabo Blanco Biological Reserve and Curú , with conserved and protected wildlife and forest, Also it is an access to Turtle Island and San Lucas  Island, and a gateway to reach beautiful and remote beaches suchas  Montezuma Costa Rica , Santa Teresa Costa Rica , Mal Pais , Manzanillo, Islita and Playa Coyote.

Exotic beaches with crystal clear waters and white sand are the main attraction to this part of the country. TAMARINDO, Guanacaste


Tamarindo is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica that is ideal for surfing , water sports and its known for the  wide range of hotels, restaurants , and nightlife in the area . Provides access to a variety of beaches such as Playa Langosta, Playa Negra , Avellamas , Flamingo , Conchal , Pan de Azucar  , Potrero , Brasilito , Playa Grande , Junquillal , among many others.

Casona

LIBERIA, Guanacaste


Known as the White City ,Liberia  has the second International Airport of Costa Rica Daniel Oduber Quiros, connects with the  border of Nicaragua and is a gateway to reach some of the most visited beaches in the country such as Playa Hermosa,  Playas del Coco ,Ocotal,  among others, it is also very close to the National Park Rincón de la Vieja , where you can find hot springs, waterfalls and rivers .

At the site you can also find the Santa Rosa National Park , and Miravalles, with protected dry forest and wildlife.In this destination is located Rio Celeste, very popular for  its crystal blue waters and waterfalls.

FORTUNA /ARENAL Volcano
